Donut Liner Hardware Interfaces

We offer a variety of custom-made canisters and supports equipped with dust collars. Our pneumatic or manual collars allow us to secure the liner and protect the clean part from possible contamination. Canisters are mounted on all types of isolators and are also designed in stand-alone versions to facilitate bag-out solutions in particularly complex flexible installations.

The support accommodating the gasket seamlessly integrates with the corrugated canister, which houses the continuous liners. This system offers robust support for liners throughout their usage. Whether aligned with the discharge tube and fastened with a spring-loaded pin or positioned perpendicularly for replacement, we ensure optimal safety. Once the seal inflates, the antistatic film secures firmly, making separation tasks more efficient.
