  The Co.Ra bin discharger system is part of a larger program developed and sold worldwide by Co.Ra. The Tip Zero powder transfer system consists of three parts:

  • Existing or new bin (from Servolift or any other supplier),
  • Co.Ra supplied valve with special cGMP magnetic valve cover system or upgrade valve flange,
  • Discharger frame with Co.Ra transfer & docking system, or bin,

  The technology of the system is based in the unique patented telescopic head, which docks to a standard Co.Ra butterfly valve with 100% air tightness. Additionally the system automatically removes a safety cover on the valve before discharging places it back on the system afterwards, all without any operator intervention and all done with simple pneumatics, no PLC.

  Either loss-in-weight or gain-in-weight discharging can be easily optioned into the system.
