All parts in contact with the product to be processed are made of stainless steel AISI-316L (1.4435/1.4404) or of FDA conforming seals (EPDM, PTFE). The surfaces touching the product and all welds are ground and polished (Ra < 0.4 µm / Ra < 0.8 µm).

• This exceptionally high-grade processing prevents the product adhering to the surfaces (simplifies cleaning)
• The unique «Three Point Sieve Assembly System» and the minimum distance between rotor and sieve – which is set at the factory and guaranteed – prevents operating faults when changing the sieve and rules out mechanical contact (metal abrasion) between rotor and sieve
• Complete exchangeability of the various sieve types (, Ø, R) by product change, with fully guaranteed retention of the set parameters (distance rotor/sieve)
