The particle size, shape and distribution are determined by the sieve opening, the circumferential speed, the shape of the rotor arm and the distance between rotor and sieve.

The sizing and sieving machines of the TC-Line are easy to build "In-Line" into a production line. The under driven rotor drive and the vertical, straight production flow prevent product hang up and blockages at the machine inlet. The rotor bearing is placed in a fully sealed housing which makes any product contamination absolutely impossible.
