The modular, compact and operator-friendly approach of the MFH-Line ensures optimum crushing results at an excellent throughput for the most different products in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industry.

The high rotor speeds are largely responsible for the immediate size reduction of the product at high throughput.

The MFH hammermill rotor can be reversed without any difficulties so that the products to be crushed are either reduced in size by the hammers (impact side) or by the knives (cutting side).

The MFH-Line is especially suited for crushing hard, crystalline or fiber products as well as those products whose grains must be very fine (< 0,2 mm). Depending on the desired result, screens or perforated plates may be used. The rotor drive is ensured by a single bearing so that the product is heated to a minimum during the process (cooling system on request). The approach as a mono-bloc housing therefore provides a machine which does not know product accumulations and can be serviced simply.
