P 1-6 Laboratory (desktop) unit:

Designed with the research scientist in mind, this machine offers 4 different bowl sizes that remove and attach to the machine without tools (simple quick release). The machine has a variable speed chopper and mixing tool as well as jacketed bowls, temperature probes, and PLC control. Highest quality construction combined with ease of use make this unit the industry choice for desktop granulators.

P 10-60 (also known as the PVAC)

In response to constant requests from our customers for a machine that is portable, has multiple bowls in larger capacities and offers all the processing features of our larger "production" machines, DIOSNA designed the PVAC high shear granulator. The PVAC is a truly unique machine, elegantly designed for simple bowl change over, maintenance and operation. The machine features changeable bowls in 10, 25 and 60 liters capacity and every possible processing and control option for maximum flexibility. Of course, it is scalable from our P 1-6 unit and to our larger machines.

P 100-150 B

The P 100-150 unit comes in either 100 or 150 liter capacities (as its name suggests). The P100-150 is designed for simple installation (just drop in place and connect the utilities) or you can build it into the wall of your facility. As with all our larger machines, we are totally flexible in the layout of the unit and we offer an impressive amount of processing and control options to suit every possible application you may have.

P 250 - 1250 B

DIOSNA Tool Lift System. The tool lift allows that the mixing blade never needs to be taken out of the machine. After cleaning (Which can be CIP/WIP or manual) the tool is automatically raised for easy inspection.
