DIOSNA Mini - Lab, Fluid Bed Technology for Research and Development. The DIOSNA Mini - Lab fluid bed processor is an innovative laboratory tabletop fluid bed. Geometrically similar to our larger machines and with the same features, it offers excellent scale up success. It is the result of meeting customer's special needs and requests in the R&D environment with an eye towards large production batches. This sophisticated machine is the basis for excellent research and development because of its flexible features and easy to handle, modern design. The Mini - Lab offers the following advantages: interchangeable product containers in glass or stainless steel, easy strip down for cleaning, tangential product movement, PLC controls and variable process control of airflow, temperature and liquid addition. The Mini - Lab is capable of dry mixing, spray granulation / agglomeration, top and bottom spray coating, and fluid bed drying.

The DIOSNA Fluid Bed Equipment is the core of a modern Solid Dosage line in modular design. The flexible building principal of the CA 25 to CA 2400 allows for simple integration into our client's existing or new facilities, without sacrificing process efficacy.

DIOSNA's cantilevered design allows for the least amount of "machine" to be installed into the GMP area and can be directly connected to a DIOSNA high shear granulator for closed contained system processing.

Standard with every DIOSNA machine is 10 bar shock resistant construction, gentle tangential product movement, continuous processing, stainless steel filters, two fluid nozzle (clog and pulsation free), and WIP cleaning.

Machine capacities range from 25 liters to 2400 liters and are scalable throughout the range.
